On 25th October 2025, the Annual Conference of the Service Marketing Committee of the China Collegiate Association for Marketing and the 2025 Forum on Intelligent Services and New Quality Productive Forces were grandly held at the School of Business Administration (SBA), Zhongnan University of Economics and Law (ZUEL). The forum was hosted by the China Collegiate Association for Marketing and organized by the Department of Marketing Management and the Center for New Media Marketing of SBA, under the theme “Intelligent Services and New Quality Productive Forces.”
Shen Zuwu, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Secretary of the Commission for Discipline Inspection of ZUEL; Professor Wang Yonggui, President of Zhejiang Gongshang University, Vice President of the China Collegiate Association for Marketing, and Chair of the Service Marketing Committee; and Professor Fei Xianzheng, Vice President of the Association, delivered opening remarks. The ceremony was presided over by Professor Wu Haitao, Dean of the SBA. The three speakers highlighted the strategic significance of the forum in advancing university development, disciplinary construction, and the transformation of intelligent services.




During the opening ceremony, the China Institute for Intelligent Management and the Modern Business Research Center of Zhejiang Gongshang University, together with the Miaozhen Academy of Marketing Science, jointly released the research report “Brand Emotions and Growth.”

The forum featured three keynote sessions:
Session I:Professor Wang Yonggui presented a digital innovation evaluation framework, and Professor Huang Minxue analyzed changes in consumer behavior patterns and human–machine collaboration in marketing innovation.



Session II:Professor Ma Shuang proposed solutions for robot applications in high-end service industries; Professor Ma Baolong emphasized the importance of ecosystem competition and innovation for enterprises; Professor Xu Hui introduced a model for achieving optimal distinctiveness.




Session III:Professor Jiang Hongyan explained value-added services, virtual touch, and content strategies in online health services, and Associate Professor Yao Kai shared practical applications of AI to support high-quality enterprise development.



The two-day forum brought together experts and scholars from over 100 universities and enterprises nationwide to engage in academic exchanges, panel discussions, and paper presentations on intelligent services and new quality productive forces, generating a series of research outcomes that contribute academic insights to the high-quality development of the service economy and the modernization of China.
